The staff was very helpful. They readily addressed my queries. The location is quite central and convenient. The room included a coffee machine and a kettle.
The WiFi signal was not strong, I struggled to maintain a stable connection. The bathroom light flickered constantly. I asked for body lotion, I never received it.

The location near place de la madeleine was excellent for accessing many attractions. i found the staff very friendly and helpful . my room was bigger than i expected given its central location. It suited my needs well.
the air conditioner in my room did not cool the room effectively. even when set to high speed, it only provided minimal airflow. this made for a slightly uncomfortable night.

i thought the room was outdated. furniture and mirrors showed wear. i struggle to see how this hotel received its 4-star rating. the standard room did not just seem worn but the furniture and mirror were actually broken.

The breakfast offered a good choice. all staff were very accommodating. The metro was on our doorstep. you could walk to all monuments if you desired in less than 40 minutes. i really enjoyed my stay here.
the room was warm, i let reception know. they sent someone up who fiddled with a couple of buttons. there was no change to the room temperature, so the night's sleep wasn't terribly comfortable. beds weren't terribly comfortable either and there was no iron in the room!

the breakfast had a extended schedule, which i thought was very good. the location was near everything i wanted to see by foot. the room cleaning was very detail oriented.
the room i stayed in was too warm. i let reception know of this problem and they sent some one to fix it. however, the temperature did not change. also the bed werent that comfy.

The check-in was super smooth and i was able to get in four hours early! the location is great. It is close to madeleine. the breakfast had lots of tasty things to choose from! the staff was very friendly, they were always ready to help.
the light switches in my room didn't work at all!
